But finally no matter how much I tried to ignore that reality, it was accurate, my thoughts where the base of my anxiety. I experimented with it. The higher I focused my energy on the anxiety the more powerful my anxiety attack became. So with the aid of a therapist, I was able to work on my feelings and defeat my anxiety.

It would be a lie to say I am anxiety free, however I'm much more able to cope with anxiety, I've more coping strategies. Coping with anxiety is now much easier for me.

Another to remember , is that anxiety may be unpleasant, but it is not always a difficult thing. This anxiety can help up be alert, the adrenalin can keep us focused. When anxiety is unyielding, when it interferes with relationships and activities-that is when you've crossed the line from normal anxiety into the territory of anxiety problems.
